Happy Wednesday! It’s Mel and I’m here with your super awesome Win A Kit Wednesday. I would have to say that this is my favorite day of the month. What else could be better than winning one of Meredith’s kits? All you have to do is let us know which of the following three kits is your favorite as well as answer a little question that I will give you after you preview the kits.
First up is My Tunes. I’m sure most of ya’ll have a playlist or at least a favorite CD or CD’s that are in rotation wherever you listen to your music. I’m at the mercy of my boys when it comes to what we listen to in the car. And usually it’s Lady Gaga or Rihanna with a little Pink thrown in every now and then.
Next up is Patchwork of My Life. I know I get caught up in scrapping my kids, especially my baby girl and I forget to scrap about myself. This is the perfect kit for doing just that.
And finally we have Sunshine on a Cloudy Day. I love this kit. Enough said.
Now that you’ve seen the kits you just need to make a choice. Which is your favorite? Just post below and let us which kit you would like if you are picked as our winner this month. As for the question, I don’t really have one this month. But, since it is Down syndrome Awareness Month, I would just like you to post about how somebody with Down syndrome has enriched your life. For me, that would be my sweet baby girl. I just have to say that she is just absolutely fabulous and she never ceases to amaze me. She has her brothers wrapped around her little fingers too! Here’s a little peak of her in a LO I did using none other than Sunshine on a Cloudy Day. If you don’t have the pleasure of having somebody in your life with Down syndrome, don’t fret, I didn’t until I had my baby girl. You can just tell me how cute my baby girl is and we’ll leave it at that. Have a great rest of your week!
Congratulations, Anisah!

I love all three – but I think Sunshine on a Cloudy Day jumps out at me the most as the colors are so yummy.
Thank you for helping to promote Down Syndrome Awareness Month. My daughter is 10 years old and is a joy – and, by the way, she just happens to have DS. Her sense of humor is awesome, her hugs are amazing, her compassion for others is refreshing. She can do anything her big sis (17 yo) can do – include flip an attitude and roll her eyes. It was not in my ‘plans’ to head down this path – but I am loving the journey. God has blessed me beyond measure.
I had no clue what Down syndrome was when they told me Jesenia had it the day after she is born. And now, I wouldn’t change it for anything. I feel like I’m part of one of the best groups ever and Jesenia has completely helped changed the attitude of other people around her who like me, had no understanding of Down syndrome.
I love My Tunes. That looks so fun to scrap with. I don’t have anyone close to me with Down syndrome, but I have met people through my life. I am always impressed by the loving cheerful hearts these individuals have.
I like My Tunes. Your daughter is beautiful! She is a ray of sunshine.
Thanks for the chance to win!
