This is always my favorite time of the year because of all our family traditions. The one tradition that my girls always love are the art & craft projects we do to make gifts for family members. It’s a simple way of being able to spend time with each other. What’s your favorite tradition during the holidays?

Our favorite holiday tradition is making cookies. Since the girls were very small, they’ve been at my side in the kitchen, measuring and stirring and rolling out the dough. We have our favorites, we make them year after year, but we always add one or two new ones just to try something new. My youngest is studying to become a chef, so I guess those early days of cooking made an impression!
In Germany we celebrate Christmas on the 24th December. All family members of our big family come together to eat, sing, tell stories and distribute gifts. We decorate our christmas tree only on 23 December. Our little girls have so much fun hanging balls, stars, figurines, tinsel on it. Then we put the nativity scene under the tree. We sing Christmas songs, laughing and telling Christmas stories.
My favourite traditions are going to Grandma’s house and getting presents.
Honestly, being with and visiting family is my favorite tradition. We have lived far enough away that I can’t see them as often as I used to, so getting to family and friends houses over the holidays is what makes me happy! Thanks for a chance!
My favorite holiday tradition is going to my dad’s house for Christmas Day. We celebrate with my siblings and their families over lunch. Then in the afternoon, we get to see my dad’s side of the family for one big celebration.
I just love family. Can’t wait to see the kit! My preview didn’t show up.

My favorite tradition is going to look at all the lights, seeing my daughters face light up makes me soo happy!

My favorite holiday tradition is baking a tulband (dutch) with my daughter and son. I love the smell of the cake in the oven on Christmas morning. And after coffee and cake we open the presents one by one.
