Hi everyone! It’s Melissa here with the last Win A Kit Wednesday of 2011 (Okay, technically it’s win a kit Friday, but what’s a couple of days between friends?) This week you can win one of my favourite Meredith digital scrapbook kits My Happy Place.
We hosted my in-laws for a big Christmas celebration, so hubby and I decided that we will be welcoming the New Year in a low-key fashion, taking a bit of social time-out and celebrating all by ourselves at home.
To enter this week’s giveaway, I would love to know how you will be ringing in the New Year. You have several chances to win extra entries too! Here’s how you can get entries into the draw:
- Leave a comment below telling us about your plans for celebrating the New Year.
- Tweet about my post, blog about my post, Facebook about my post, Google+ about my post, and you can get another chance to win. For each of those items you do, you can come back here and tell me in the comments below what you did and you’ll get another chance to win. (If you blog and Facebook about it, enter each of those into different comments so you get an extra chance to win!)
- All entries must be received tonight by 11:59pm EST, comments will be closed and I will select a random winner to win a copy of this kit!
Be sure to check back tomorrow, December 31st, to see who won!
*** ETA: This giveaway is closed. The winner has been announced in this post here. ***

We will probably be playing games at home with the kids or watching a movie and will probably be in bed before the stroke of midnight comes.
Since we’re having a belated family Christmas dinner and gathering on Sunday, we’ll probably keep it simple on New Years Eve. Maybe a movie with the kids, they’ll fall asleep – I’ll wake them up to see the ball drop and that’ll do it!
Thanks for the chance and Happy New Year!
Hanging out at home with the kids!
We are going to keep it simple. Fun dinner ( I don’t know what yet) Movie/Popcorn and board games with the kids. We might play Wii games but just staying home and having fun with the kids.
Shared your link on FB.
Take a trip around town for the Christmas lights display ; didn’t have time to do it before christmas; we do it yearly where town people have light displays for the holiday; some are outstanding; decked all out!
This is beautiful! Thanks so much for the chance!
We well spend a quiet evening and turn in early. Exciting right?
Grammie and Pops are coming to spend the afternoon and evening with us today. Tomorrow we will go to church. Daddy doesn’t think it’s a good idea for me to stay up until midnight.
